How Omega Daily Works

Fatty-acids are produced in animal fats when there is an excessive level of caloric intake. Your body can produce fatty-acids when you eat too much food.

There is a category of essential fatty-acids, including Omega-3. The other Omega acids, such as Omega-6 are widespread in food, and most people end up getting more than enough in their regular diet. Omega-3 acids are, however, much harder to come across. Plants like Flaxseed and Walnut are good, healthy sources of Omega-3's, but the best sources come from our vast oceans.

Omega-3's work by producing body chemicals which help control and prevent inflammation in all area's, inluding the joints. When the human body is under stress, which is caused by injury or infection, it begins to become swelled and inflammed. As a negative side effect, repeated injury or infection can cause chronic inflammation. Chronic inflammation attacks healthy tissues and organs, and unfortinutely, joints.

Omega Daily works by easing inflammation in the body naturally, by infusing your system with a healthy content of high-quality, naturally occuring Omega-3 fatty acids. These fatty acid's attack inflammation and swelling throughout the body, including the swelling and inflammation found in and around your joints. The diagram at the top of this post shows you how Omega Daily works.
